Barbara Hearn OBE

Barbara Hearn OBE was a senior executive in the charity sector for 20 years. She worked in government, Parliament and academia on policy for children and young people. She is an advocate for equality and human rights with women at the fore, and author of Reducing Inequalities: Realising the Talents of All.
