Helene Reardon Bond OBE

Helene Reardon Bond OBE was a senior civil servant, working in several departments, including the Equalities Office. She worked closely with Cabinet Ministers, helping to deliver major policies – including the Equality Act 2010, Equal Marriage Act and Gender Pay Gap Regulations. She has represented the UK Government internationally. Following this she has worked for the Labour Party and now as a management consultant.
